HOW TO MAKE A PROTEIN SHAKE - Presented by Video Fitness Coach Anita Stone as part of a 15-Part Fitness Series titled "15 WEEKS TO FITNESS."
Ingredients
  Whey protein powder 100 Gram
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (frozen)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crush
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, place whey protein, water and crushed ice, and blend together.
2. While blending add in the blueberries and blend until the shake froths up.

SERVING
3. Pour the shake and serve chilled.
