a very healthy drink tastes superb..Makes growing kids strong and sharp.
|Almonds||50 Gram (soaked for 40 min-60 min & skin removed)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Saffron strands||5 (adjust quantity as desired)|
Grind almonds to a smooth paste. Bring milk to boil and add this paste and heat for about 2-3 min. Add and mix well.Whip in a mixie to form lather. Add a pinch of saffron powder or a few strands of saffron..Serve hot or cold.
