Banana Milk Shake

Banana milk shake is a fruity milk shake. Flavored with vanilla, the banana milk shake is prepared blending all the ingredients together. Served cold, it is delicious, nurtitious and quite filling.
  Ice cubes 5
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 Small, peeled and sliced
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon

Place the ice cubes and milk in an electric blender and whirl for 1 minute or until smooth.
Add the banana, vanilla extract, and sugar, and whirl 1 minute longer or until foamy.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
