  Coconut pulp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 2
  Protein powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maca powder 1 Tablespoon
  Agave 1 Tablespoon
  Carob powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

1. Blend all the ingredients into a smoothie.
