Celery Seed

Celery Seed is a dried fruit of biennial plant variety from parsley family which is widely grown in France and India. Celery Seed taste is somewhat similar to table celery, with its warm, slightly bitter, and aromatic flavor. For the best flavor, whole celery seed should be stored in a cool dry place and used within six months.
