Poppy Seed Dressing For Summer Fruits

  Grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Grand marnier 8 Teaspoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raspberry vinegar 8 Teaspoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Toasted poppy seeds 8 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 8 Teaspoon, defrosted, undiluted (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Mixed fresh fruits 24 Cup (384 tbs), cut up

Mix together all ingredients but fruit and refrigerate.
To serve, cut up fruit and serve dressing on the side.
NOTE TO COOK: Carry dressing to party in storage container.
Carry fruit to party, cut up, in storage container.
Serve dressing in sauceboat with ladle.
Serve fruit in large bowl.
