Asparagus With Poppy Seed Sauce
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Buttered toasted bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted poppy seeds||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (heaping)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Cooked asparagus spears||16 (hot)|
Heat the oil and butter in a small skillet.
Add the bread crumbs and poppy seeds.
Stir well and cook slowly two to three minutes.
Add the lemon juice and seasonings, stir and pour over hot asparagus.
