Sesame Seed Nibbles
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice water||2 Tablespoon|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend flour and oil.
Add salt and only enough water to make dough of piecrust consistency.
Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, pressing seeds lightly into dough.
Bake at 350Â° F. for about 10 minutes, until light brown.
