  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen broccoli spears 20 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Poppy seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until golden.
Add broccoli; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
Remove broccoli to serving dish; season to taste.
In same saucepan, add sour cream, sugar, poppy seed and salt.
Stir over low heat until warm; do not boil Spoon over broccoli.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired.
