  Sesame seeds 1 Pound
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Pound
  Water 25 Milliliter
  Shredded basil 2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salad greens 10 Cup (160 tbs), washed, dried, torn
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In small heavy skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
In medium bowl, whisk together sesame seeds, vinegar, water, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Whisk in oils until dressing is thick and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
(Dressing can be made ahead.
Refrigerate in covered jar up to 2 days.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving, then shake well.)
Just before serving, combine salad greens and dressing in large salad bowl; toss well.
