Popcorn And Toasted Pumpkin Seed Snack
|Pumpkin seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Unpopped popcorn||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
Toss pumpkin seeds with soy sauce in a 9-inch square baking pan; bake at 350Â° for 7 minutes or until seeds are brown and liquid is absorbed, stirring often.
Combine popcorn and oil in a nonstick sauce- pan; cover and cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until popped, shaking pan after corn starts to pop.
Toss with pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
