Poppy Seed Casserole
|Medium noodles||12 Ounce (1 package)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poppy seed||1 Small (1 small box)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Place noodles in greased casserole dish, alternating with layers of cottage cheese and sour cream.
Sprin- kle each layer with 1 teaspoon poppy seed and pep- per.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust forms on top.
