Poppy Seed Dressing Using Cider Vinegar
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, finley grated|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat with electric mixer until sugar dissolves.
Continue to beat, slowly adding oil.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Cover and chill thoroughly; stir before serving.
