Sunflower Seed Patties

In this episode I will be showing you how to make a vegetarian ground 'meat'. Using sunflower seeds that were soaked overnight and drained, we will be combining them with some fresh vegetables to make a surprisingly hearty substitute for meat. I hope you enjoy this recipe and try it at home.
Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw sunflower seeds soaked overnight and drained)
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Carrot 1 Medium, chopped
  Basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Sundried tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 250 degree F.

MAKING
2. In a food processor add in all the ingredients and blend it till dough like consistency is reached.
3. On a cookie sheet spread the mixture and let the dry out for a couple of hours in over or till it reaches the consistency of ground beef.

SERVING
4. Serve as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
