Yellow Squash With Cumin

Ingredients
  Whole onion/8 ounce sliced onions ready cut 13/4 cup 9 Ounce
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow summer squash 12 Ounce, sliced (2 1/3 Cup)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan heat oil and cook the sliced onions with cumin over medium heat until soft.
2. Now add the sliced squash; add black pepper and continue to cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
3. Once the squash becomes tender add the lemon juice and mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve hot as an excellent side dish with meats or as a vegetable serving to kids.
