Sunflower Seed Snack
|Sunflower seeds||1 Pound|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) In a shallow baking pan, combine sunflower seeds with other ingredients.
3) Mix all the ingredients well and bake them for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
4) Remove the pan from the oven and drain sunflower seeds on paper towels to wipe the excess oil.
5) Let the snack gets cool.
6) In a tightly covered container, pack it.
7) Serve as anytime snack.
