Healthy Chia Seed Breakfast

  Chia seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Berries/Any fruit kiwi, grapefruit, peaches and mango are lovely 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Pour chia seeds in glass bowl, then cover with water and stir. Let stand for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put fruit in food processor with the chop tool and purée. Simply stir in to chia seeds and enjoy.
