Pumpkin Seed Popcorn
|Pumpkin seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canola oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cumin||1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground|
|Popped corn||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
1) In a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat the oil.
2) In the oil, lightly toast the pumpkin seeds, stirring in between.
3) To this, add the oregano, chili powder, and cumin. Stir well.
4) Over the popcorn, drizzle this mixture and mix well.
5) Serve the popcorn fresh with your favorite drink.
