|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, heat sesame seeds for about 4 to 6 minutes, often tossing or shaking pan until seeds pop and becomes golden and then let cool.
2) With a mortar, crush toasted seeds and salt and grind in a spice grinder.
3) Store in covered glass jar and refrigerate.
4) Use as required.
