|Pumpkin seeds/A combination of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread seeds on large baking sheet.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until done to taste, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into bowl.
Add tamari soy sauce gradually, mixing to coat well.
Let stand until cool.
Store in airtight container.
