Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1)In a blender, put sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Grind them at high speed in short bursts.
2)Now add, brewer's yeast, marjoram, basil, thyme, oregano, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
3)Transfer contents of belnder into a jar. Cover tightly and refrigerate for use later.

SERVING
4)Use as required in a variety of dishes.
