Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In blender, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, poppy seeds, dry mustard, and salt; process until mixture has thickened and is smooth.
Transfer to bowl or jar; cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
Stir well before using.
