2 Cup (32 tbs), shells left on, fibers rubbed off, not washed
Kosher salt/Other coarse salt
1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
Spread on baking sheet or in shallow pan and toast, stirring frequently until seeds are evenly browned and crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool, then store in tightly covered containers.
Remove shells before eating seeds.
