Sesame Seed Crackers
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unbleached flour||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bulgur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cracked Wheat)|
|Sesame seeds||3 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted (plus more for greasing)|
Stir lemon juice into milk and set aside to clabber.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in milk a|nd butter.
Knead the dough until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Form into a ball and chill, Wrapped, for about an hour.
Preheat oven to 3,50°.
Roll out dough about 1/8 inch thick on a Well-floured surface with well-floured rolling pin Cut with a round biscuit or cookie cutter into 2-inch rounds and place on well-greased baking sheets.
Prick a pattern on the crackers with a fork and bake for 10 to 1 2 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Cool on a wire rack.
