Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Scallion 1 Small
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Place all ingredients in the container of an electric blender in the order listed and blend at high speed until scallion is pureed. (If no blender is available, mince the onion and mix the ingredients together with an electric mixer at high speed or a wire whisk.)
2 Store in a covered container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
