Sesame Topper

  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Sesame seed 2 Teaspoon (toasted)

Blend together butter, garlic salt, and sesame seed.
Pass as topper for hot broiled steak.
To prevent steaks from curling during cooking, slit fat and membrane at 1-inch intervals.
Do not cut into the lean meat.
