Ingredients
  Unripened chevre cheese 12 Ounce (1 Log Or Slice)
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Set cheese on a small plate.
Drizzle olive oil over cheese.
Sprinkle with cumin, cayenne to taste, and mint.
