Onion Poppy Seed Dressing
|Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet onion||1⁄2 Large, cut into wedges|
|Ground mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||1 Teaspoon|
In a blender, combine cider vinegar, sugar, sweet onion and mustard.
Cover and process until blended.
While processing, gradually add the oil in a steady stream.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Refrigerate salad dressing until serving.
