Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
  White sesame seeds/Black sesame seeds 4 Tablespoon (Hulled Or Unhulled)
Directions

In a small skillet, heat sesame seeds, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat.
When seeds begin to pop, they are almost ready.
Watch carefully at this point; they can burn quickly.
Let white sesame seeds darken to a medium golden-brown.
Color is not a good indicator when roasting black sesame seeds; toast until fragrant.
