Spicy Poppy Seed Dressing
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poppy seed||2 Tablespoon|
In a blender, combine honey, salt, mustard, paprika, lemon peel, and lemon juice; whirl until blended.
With blender set on lowest speed, slowly add salad oil in a thin stream until blended.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in poppy seed.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week
