Here is a quick & easy recipe I love!! I have this for either breakfast or lunch– a savory chia seed recipe, you can call it a pudding but it’s not sweet and it very filling and definitely hits the spot!!!
Ingredients
  Chia seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spring water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fresh ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon, grated
  Tamari 2 Teaspoon (Wheat-free Non-GMO)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, soak chia seed in water.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine chia seed with tamari, garlic and ginger.

SERVING
3. Serve it chilled.
