Lemon Poppy Seed Bars

Ingredients
  Pancake mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon 8 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine pancake mix, lemon yogurt, eggs, and cooking oil in a mixing bowl.
Mix until blended.
Beat for 2 more minutes.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Pour into a greased 13x9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cut into 32 bars.
