Salted Pumpkin Seeds
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pumpkin seeds||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine water and salt in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until salt dissolves; cool.
Add pumpkin seeds and soak overnight.
Pat seeds dry with a paper towel.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) until seeds are dry, about 1 hour.
