Sunflower Seed Snack

Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 1 Pound
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tamari soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grounded
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In shallow pan, combine sunflower seeds with other ingredients.
Mix together and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and drain sunflower seeds on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Cool and store in tightly covered container.
