Calamari

Calamari (also referred as Squid) is a seafood, having white firm meat with a mild, slightly sweet and almost nutty flavor.Calamari can either be cooked or eaten raw in sushi dishes. For cooking, Calamari is often available fresh, canned, frozen, dried and pickled. Calamari's body and tentacles, both are edible and often served with marinara sauce, salt, pepper and a slice of lemon.
