|Frozen african langoustine shrimp/Lobster tails||20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages)|
|Crab meat||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Frozen cream of shrimp soup||2 Can (20 oz), thawed|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned italian antipasto||5 Ounce, chopped up (Eggplant, Olives)|
|Light sauterne||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||5 Ounce|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Day before serving, combine all ingredients in large flameproof casserole.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Remove from flame; let stand in cool place overnight.
Before serving, heat again.
Pour over bed of rice with Chinese noodles on the side.
