Basic Court Bouillon For Seafood

Basic cort bouillon for seafood is a herbed and peppered court bouillon. Made with veggies like onions and carrots, the seafood court bouillon is simple to make yet very flavorful. Used for seafood bakes, soups and other recipes, this court bouillon adds a lot of flavor to it all.
Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Medium, grated
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Thyme leaf 1 Pinch
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Quart
  Peppercorns 2
Directions

Place all ingredients except peppercorns in 2-quart saucepan; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
Add peppercorns; simmer 12 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm; strain.
