Thaw two 16-ounce packages frozen haddock fillets; cut into 8 portions.
Place in greased 11 3/4 x71/2x13/4 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Top with 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 CUP chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, and 8 thin lemon slices.
Pour 34 cup dry sauterne over all; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover; bake at 350Â° till fish flakes, about 30 minutes
