Ingredients
  Small scallops 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Boiled rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiled shrimp 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain scallops, reserving liquid.
Combine liquid with slightly beaten eggs; add rice, scallops and shrimp.
Brown onion lightly in fat.
Add catsup, celery salt and curry powder; stir into rice mixture.
Place in buttered shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until firm.
