Tangy Seafood Toss
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Drain one 16-ounce can unsweetened grapefruit sections; reserve liquid.
Blend reserved Iiquid into cornstarch mixture.
Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in 1/4 cup catsup and 2 tablespoons salad oil.
In bowl arrange 4 cups torn lettuce; one 7 ounce can water pack tuna, drained and broken into chunks; 1/2 small cucumber, sliced; 1/3 CUP sliced radishes; and grapefruit.
Serve with dressing.
