Seafood Supreme is a yummy preparation that will definitely get you guests addicted to your cooking! I served the Seafood Supreme last night for my colleagues and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
  Crab meat 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Whte bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (day old white bread)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Capers 2 Teaspoon
  Caper juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Mix all ingredients; turn into 3 quart casserole.
Refrigerate until needed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
If not moist enough, add 1/2 cup water.
If using canned shrimp and crab meat, use seafood liquid.
