Seafood Supreme is a yummy preparation that will definitely get you guests addicted to your cooking! I served the Seafood Supreme last night for my colleagues and they loved it. Donâ€™t miss this one out.
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Whte bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (day old white bread)|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Caper juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients; turn into 3 quart casserole.
Refrigerate until needed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
If not moist enough, add 1/2 cup water.
If using canned shrimp and crab meat, use seafood liquid.
