Thaw one 16 ounce package frozen cod fillets; cut into 4 portions.
Place in greased 10x6x13/4 inch baking dish; sprinkle with 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Combine 1/2 CUP sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 CUP chopped tomato, 1/4 CUP chopped green pepper, and 1 tablespoon snipped parsley; sprinkle over fish.
Bake, covered, at 350Â° till fish flakes easily with fork, about 25 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
