  Salt codfish 1 Pound (Packaged)
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Small stuffed olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Potatoes 1 Pound, thinly sliced and pared
  Pimientos 2 , sliced
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Freshen fish as directed on package.
Cut in small pieces.
Place layers of fish and remaining ingredients, except oil, in deep saucepan.
Pour oil over; simmer for 30 minutes, or until onions are tender
