|Salt codfish||1 Pound (Packaged)|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Small stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Capers||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Potatoes||1 Pound, thinly sliced and pared|
|Pimientos||2 , sliced|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Freshen fish as directed on package.
Cut in small pieces.
Place layers of fish and remaining ingredients, except oil, in deep saucepan.
Pour oil over; simmer for 30 minutes, or until onions are tender
