|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Poultry/Italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
Mix with bread crumbs, seasonings, and tomato juice.
