Seafood Hot Dish is a yummy seafood preparation that will definitely steal the limelight of any dinner spread! I served the Seafood Hot Dish last week for my husbands' promotion celebration and everyone loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Crab meat 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound, chopped
  Cooked lobster 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cooked)
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine all ingredients except potato chips in medium loaf pan.
Top with crushedpotato chips.
Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Cut into squares.
Serve with following sauce.
