Ingredients
  Cockles 1 Pint, cooked and shelled (About 0.5 Liter Or 2.5 Cups)
  Mussels 1 Pint, cooked and shelled (About 0.5 Liter Or 2.5 Cups)
  Cooked peeled prawns 1⁄4 Pound (Also Called Shrimps, About 100 Grams Or 0.75 Cups)
  Mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (About 100 Milliliter Or 0.5 Cup)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon (About 10 Milliliter)
  Lettuce 1 , washed and shredded
  Whole prawns 18 (Also Called Shrimps)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Mix the shellfish, mayonnaise,lemon juice and seasoning.
2 Arrange in 6 individual glasses on the shredded lettuce.
3 Decorate each glass with 3 whole prawns (shrimps), a twist of lemon and a sprig of parsley.
