Creamy Chili Crayfish

Crayfish is a treat in itself. You can enjoy it anytime.Weare using a cooked crayfish and made variations to the recipe. The dish has cream or yogurt for flavor.
Ingredients
  Crayfish 300 Gram, cooked, shelled
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fish stock 300 Milliliter
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Red capsicum 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), pureed
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Small, chop
  Salt & pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Tablespoon, pureed
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat pan, add margarine.
2. Combine ingredients for the mixture and add to the pan.
3. Add crayfish and the stock. Stir it to mix.
4. Add cream for a creamy texture.
5. Cook it for sometime and serve with whatever you like.

SERVING
6. Serve with pasta or steamed rice or accompany with a salad.
