|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz), undiluted|
|Water chestnuts||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chunk light tuna in water||2 Can (20 oz), well drained|
|Peas||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, water chestnuts, milk and tuna; bring mixture to a boil.
Gently fold in peas and sour cream; season with salt and pepper.
Heat to serving temperature; serve over chow mein noodles.
