Fried Scallops With Dill
|Dill weed||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Deep fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Wash scallops quickly; dry them between paper towels.
Beat the egg, water, and dill-weed together.
Dip each scallop in the egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
Repeat' this process once, then let scallops stand for 30 minutes.
Heat fat for frying in a medium-size skillet.
Fry each scallop for 3 or 4 minutes.
Drain and serve
