Any Time Crab Cakes

The Crab Cakes is perfect for all the crab lovers. The delicious flavors of the crab, spices and sauces are heavenly. I prepare the Crab Cakes for my crab crazy husband all the time. Try it, its delicious.
Ingredients
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Coating Cakes)
  Liquid shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Lightly toss crab meat and all ingredients (except bread crumbs) in order listed.
When well-blended, shape into cakes.
Roll each cake in bread crumbs until coated on all sides.
Heat shortening in skillet.
Fry crab cakes quickly in hot fat until golden brown.
